Since December 2018, when ten ministries issued the Notice on the National Pilot Work Program for the Construction of Social Psychological Service System, the construction of the social psychological service system has been in full swing nationwide, and legal psychology researchers and practitioners have great potential in the construction of the social psychological service system, especially in such key areas as the psychological problems of special populations and the orientation of the mindset of all citizens. With the rapid development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, many traditional topics of legal psychology have ushered in new development opportunities and made new breakthroughs. This conference is the last national academic conference hosted by the current Professional Committee of Legal Psychology. The conference was the last national academic conference hosted by the current Legal Psychology Professional Committee, of which the College has been the affiliate since its
establishment in 1983.The development of the Legal Psychology Committee could not have been achieved without the dedication and commitment of the faculty and students of the Faculty of Social Sciences. Since the first generation of Chinese legal psychology scholars, represented by Mr. Luo Dahua, started the discipline of legal psychology and established the professional committee, the second generation of legal psychology researchers, such as Professor Ma Wei, have continued to lead the discipline of legal psychology in China to a new glory, and I believe that in the near future, Chinese legal psychology will usher in an even better spring.
